Breakfast is included in the price of the room and will be served daily in the Courtyard Cafe.
Dinner has been organized at a nearby restaurant for the Thursday evening for those who are arriving before Friday. N.B. This will need to be paid for on the night. This will be held at the Weinkeller Restaurant at 6.45 pm. If you have not already RSVPed, please let Ronnie. know if you are coming ASAP.
Two meals have been organized with the hotel this year. They are dinners on Friday and Saturday nights. Menu options and details of payment and booking are given below.
For the Friday and Saturday evening dinners the cost will be $40 Canadian plus tax/fees (18%) and gratuities (17%) per dinner. Payment will be made individually at the time of the meal. You may charge your meal to your room.
We also need to give the hotel a head count for dinners by 7 September 2016. Please send this information to Ronnie.
