Friday night dinner & Assettes

Three meals are included this year in the meals package. They are dinners on Friday and Saturday nights and breakfast on Sunday morning. Menu options are given below.

The total cost for both dinners and the Sunday breakfast is US$117. This amount should sent along with Registration fee according to instructions on the Registration page.

Please note that because we have opted for plated meals, attendees need to decide on their menu choices before the gathering. Please send your choices to Hazelanne Lewis  by 9 October 2015.

Dinner has been organized at Sawa Steak House at 7pm Thursday, October 15th. It is at Pier Village, right next to our hotel. You can find out more from the website  in the link and view the menu.  We will all meet in the hotel lobby at 6:45pm. Please contact Bobbie if you want further information.

N.B.This is not included in the meals package and will need to be paid for on the night.

Herb Crusted Tilapia over Creamy Lobster Rice
Chicken Stuffed with Eggplant, Roasted Peppers & Olives
Star Anise Duck Leg Confit Lo Mein Noodles, Stir Fry Vegetables, & Crispy Wontons

  1. Mike wants Chief choice beef on Friday night and fresh fruit for dessert.
    Jean wants the Chicken entree and the Tiramisa dessert
    On Saturday
    Mike and Jean both want Tilapia for dinner and Mike wants frish fruit for dessert. Jean wants the berry tartlet for dessert.

    We will do the Sunday breakfast buffet.
    Money will be sent to Irene.
