Dates: Friday, November 2 through Sunday, November 4.

Deposit: An advance deposit or credit card guarantee for the first night's room and tax is due by October 1, 2012. For reservations under the group rate, please call either 800-922-2336 or 619-222-0561. Please use the group name, The Gathering, Breast Cancer Group, when making reservations.

Extended Stay: A block of rooms has been reserved for October 30, 2012, three days before the event through November 7, 2012, three days after the event. On the off chance that the person you speak with isn't aware of this block, ask to speak with our salesperson, Chris Barthholomew.


Run of House Room Rates: The hotel confirms the group rates below,
plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-in.
